Position Summary:  This individual will administer our companies onsite, hosted, and cloud-based systems and resources.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, maintain, install, decommission all systems companywide
  • Follow best practices on all security aspects of companywide systems
  • Troubleshoot issues and outages
  • Develop expertise to train staff in new technologies
  • Assist with Helpdesk duties as needed
  • Maintain the system for tracking all network/system documentation
  • On-call support after work hours as needed. Team rotational basis
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Technical knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems
  • Microsoft 365 Admin functions administration
  • Microsoft Intune
  • Active Directory + Group Policy
  • Networking + VPN
  • Cisco equipment configuration
  • Ability to lift 50lbs for equipment setup/moves

Required Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of system administration or similar systems work

Travel Requirements

  • 1-2 times a year travel to Nebraska
